Father's Day

This year on Father's Day we were traveling home from our 2 week vacation in San Diego.  Since the girls usually do every holiday up in a big way, they decided to wait until the following Sunday so that they could celebrate Matt in grand fashion.  The day included all the standard Kenney traditions.  Breakfast was made by the girls and included peanut butter stuffed pancakes.  They did a really good job with gifts this year.  The stayed with tradition and got Matt a t-shirt with something funny/sarcastic on it, which he loved.  They also got him a new strategy game called Lords of Water deep.  They played it while in San Diego with their Uncles and knew that Matt would like it.  Strategy games are always a hit with Matt.  The rest of the day we just relaxed and spent some time swimming in the pool.  Dinner was vegetable lasagna followed by Matt's favorite blackberry and nectarine cobbler.  We finished celebrating Matt with a trip to the movies to see the movie Inside Out, which we all loved.  Happy Father's day to the most awesomest Dad out there.  You have devoted your life to these girls and nobody could have done a better job being a Dad to 3 spirited emotional girls.  We adore you.
