Hannah's Big Night...

Tonight was Hannah's Theatre Showcase.  She was stage manager for this production.  It was also decided that the members of the Thespian Club would be performing small acts or musical numbers in between the regular showcase acts.  Hannah's teacher asked her to sing.  Hannah has always had a lovely singing voice....we are lucky enough to hear it on most days as she belts it out in the shower or on the way to school.  However, she has never performed in front of anyone else, so I was not sure she would be up for such a public first showing.  I could not have been more wrong.  She got up there and did a fantastic job.  She stumbled at the beginning but graciously recovered enough to finish.  I am so proud  of her and can't wait to see what she does next. And as a nice surprise we got to see Hannah act tonight as well.  At the last minute someone backed out of the scene Hannah had helped put together so she filled in.  She did great and even managed the Italian accent!
