Hiking...finally

We usually like to hike a lot during the fall.  This fall, however, we have been busier than we have ever been, which means that hiking was totally out of the question. This past week, though, we were finally able to get some hiking in.  On Monday Emma and I played hooky from homeschooling and went for a hike with Sydney and Kelly.  Syd just finished her first semester at college and we were happy to have her join us.  This weekend Matt and I coerced the girls in to going for a hike with us.  The weather around here has felt more like fall than winter, so we took advantage of it.
