First Fall Hike

This weekend we headed out for our first hike of the fall season.  We usually go every weekend but the sports schedules around her are keeping us crazy busy on Saturdays...by the time Sunday rolls around we usually have too much homework/chore doing/grocery shopping/lazing around that needs to get done that hiking always takes a back seat.  Last Sunday though we decided to just get out there and do it.  My Aunt Doris (and her cute dog Amy) was nice enough to join us and to provide the destination of our hike.  We went to find petroglyphs just North of town.  The weather was perfect and the petroglyphs were awesome.  We had a nice picnic lunch after our hike and enjoyed each others company with good conversation....a very relaxing start to the hiking season!
