City Tournament

Emma's soccer team (the Bison) competed in the City Cup Tournament this past weekend.  4 games played...4 games won.  They managed to get 1st place in their division.  It was so fun to watch them play.  All of the parents cheering and feeling so proud of how hard the kids were working.  It is pretty amazing to think of how far Emma has come.  In the beginning of her soccer career it took some cajoling to get her to go to practice and the games.  Once there, she was happier to pick daisies in the field than to actually play the game.  This weekend she scored her first goal EVER....and then went on to score 2 more.  She was so excited I thought she would burst.
