School is officially out for winter break and we could not be happier around here. Matt has both Monday and Tuesday off so that means we get to have him all to ourselves for 4 days of fun. By fun, I mean sleeping in, staying in our pj's and playing games. We will also spend the weekend getting last minute details ready for Christmas. There is jello salad to be made, strata to be assembled, and cinnamon rolls to be baked. But first.....there is Emma in her jammies enjoying the first day of vacation by reading in front of the fireplace all morning. I am feeling especially grateful on this first day of winter vacation.
