On Saturday Rachel and Hannah and their sewing friends spent the day making aprons. There is a program called Cooking with Kids that goes into disadvantaged schools and teaches them about cooking. A really neat program. They cook healthy and from scratch and they also teach geography/culture of the region they are cooking from. So the girls spent all day sewing their hearts out to make aprons for all the kids that will be participating in the program. It looked like a sewing factory full of child labor law infringements!
