Juneteenth Celebration with NAACP

Rachel won an essay contest sponsored by the NAACP and was honored at the Juneteenth celebration.  It was a wonderful event at which Rachel was excitedly resisted to vote. Ray did an outstanding job on her essay and was asked to present it at the celebration.  As always, we were so excited to get to share this special moment with Rachel.
