Today was Valentines Day and like all other Valentines days we chose to "go big or go home". We celebrated the day in grand style starting with breakfast and the passing out of our valentine cards for each other. Matt worked his usual magic and wrote me a poem for the occasion. That boy sure is a keeper. Emma stayed home sick from school today so she spent the day in bed making crafts and reading. Dinner was our favorite roasted vegetable lasagna followed by peanut butter cream pie. We capped the night off with an episode of Little House on the Prairie because we really know how to party around here. Every day is a day to show my family how much I love them but I really do love an excuse to eat too much chocolate.
