We are starting to get the first signs of fall weather around here and it has been fantastic. To celebrate, we decided to head to the mountains of Cloudcroft to do a little picnicking and some early leaf peeping. We spent the day perusing art at a local outdoor art show.....hiking the scenic Trestle Trail....and enjoying the start of all the fall colors. Midway through our hike I dropped my camera and broke it so the rest of the day will have to be remembered in our memories. Memories that included lunch over the campfire, smores, bananagrams, and lots of laughing. I am so excited to start the fall season.
