Let them eat cake! Or in this case..PIE!

My pie baking class was held last week and it was so fun! I consider myself to be uniquely qualified to teach this class. Considering all of the pie I consumed this summer...I was a natural. The girls did fabulous and got so creative with their pies, which was really great to see. Rachel will be entering her nectarine berry lattice topped pie in our local fair this weekend. It is quite yummy. As usual, I was proud of all of my students. They produced some tasty pies, were dedicated to learning the process AND cleaned up all of their mess and then some! Looking forward to next year.
