Pancakes anyone?

Baking classes for this year are in full swing! I am lucky enough to have Rachel and Hannah as my junior leaders this time around. They get to put the experience in their record books for leadership and I get lots of help. Basically, what it really means is that I can make them do all my grunt work under the guise of "helping them develop leadership skills" I am always glad when I can help them in their futures! ........The classes all went very well. Our last class for my 1st year bakers was making pancakes. Hannah led the class and did a wonderful job. Rachel led a class on making chocolate chip cookies and also did great.
