Bagel making 101

Emma and I decided to make bagels at home. She convinced me to let her do it all by herself and I have to say...she did a great job with them. Other than one small incident which involved flinging the bagel into the boiling water and scalding me, things went off without a hitch. The bagels tasted really good. Almost as good as our favorite Einstein Brothers bagels. We now have requests for chocolate chip and cranberry orange.
