The results are in!!

Everyone did well at the state fair this year! This officially ends the 4-H year so now they begin the arduous process of compiling their record books. It is a written document of everything they did throughout the year and everything they learned. Lots of writing and trying to remember what they entered and what they learned. As for me, I get to start planning for the upcoming year in Baking. This year I will be adding a yeast breads class for the first time so I am doing lots of practicing/research to get ready.
