Baking 101

Yesterday Emma and I decided to bake. This was the first time I let her do it all by herself (mostly). For anyone who knows me (and my neat freak tendencies) this was a huge step for me. I mean, 6 year olds are not known for their neatness in the kitchen. I must say though, she did a wonderful job. She made pumpkin cinnamon muffins and they tasted fabulous. She is well on her way to baking greatness!! And I am well on my way to curing my OCD....OK, not really but who cares!
